All our shipments are processed by CTT Expresso (except islands), anonymously, safely and quickly, delivering to the following European countries:

Orders placed before 3pm on each business day are guaranteed to be shipped on the same day, with the possibility of delivery in less than 24 hours (if the next day is a business day), subject to service availability and delivery area.
Tracking Service :
After purchase, a tracking code is always provided, which can be used to track your order, which is always sent via CTT Expresso (except islands).
DELIVERY CONDITIONS - PORTUGAL AND ISLANDS (CTT EXPRESSO)
All our orders are delivered by hand by a CTT courier to the address you provide. If there is any difficulty in finding the address, the courier will contact you by telephone on the number you provide. You may also receive communications from CTT via SMS or email informing you of the status of your order.
Delivery times vary depending on the delivery area. For deliveries to mainland Portugal , the time varies between 1 to 2 business days. For the Islands , the period varies between 2 to 4 business days.
All orders over €30.00 are free of charge for mainland Portugal, except for orders below this amount, which will have the cost indicated at checkout.
In the case of the Autonomous Regions, only orders over €50.00 are free of charge. Orders below this amount will have a cost indicated at checkout.
Cash on delivery is not available.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS - ISLANDS (REGISTERED POST)
All our orders are delivered by hand by the CTT courier to the address you provide. If there is any difficulty in finding the address, or if you are not present at it, the courier will leave a delivery notice, where you can collect your order at the CTT post office in your area of residence on the working day following delivery of the notice.
Delivery time may vary between 4 to 6 business days. NOTE: Delivery time using this method is not guaranteed and there may be significant service delays.
Cash on delivery is not available.
OTHER GENERAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND NON-COMPLIANCE
The ordering process by the customer is subject to the customer's best practices, in the correct options to choose for shipping cases and payment methods, as well as in the collection of their orders to be collected in a timely manner. Therefore:
- Orders already paid for free shipping in Portugal, returned due to an insufficient/incorrect delivery address being provided or due to unavailability to receive after contacting the CTT Expresso service, are subject to an additional charge of €5, depending on the weight of the package, for re-sending the order, paid via Multibanco Reference, MBWay or Bank Transfer.
- For orders already paid for international shipping (whether free or paid), returned due to failure to collect in good time (after exceeding the collection deadline of the post office in your area of residence), or for having provided an insufficient/incorrect delivery address, are subject to an additional charge of between €7.5 and €25, depending on the weight of the package, for re-sending the order, paid by Bank Transfer.
When ordering from CBDOIS, the customer will be accepting all the delivery conditions contained in this document, including in the event of non-compliance with the above provisions.
Return policy
CBDOIS is extremely concerned with the quality of the products and services we offer, ensuring maximum quality through rigorous and careful selection, in addition to independent control and testing of all products sold.
SECTION 1 - RETURNS
Because our organic products are 100% organic and hand-packaged, we do not accept returns , precisely because they are susceptible to any type of adulteration and/or modification.
SECTION 2 - RIGHT TO EXCHANGE/NEW SHIPPING
However, if the order has not been delivered, for reasons attributable to us, such as being lost, damaged in transit (which is unfit for consumption), the product is defective (unfit for consumption) or there is an error in processing the order (receipt of a product that does not correspond to the order), we will send a new order at no additional cost using the normal shipping method, provided that this is duly proven using images and/or statements from the carrier.
SECTION 3 - REIMBURSEMENT
Only and exclusively in the exceptional situations mentioned in SECTION 2 , the amount may be refunded (except shipping costs).
SECTION 4 - DISCLAIMER
We are exempt from any responsibility for orders retained or seized for any reason beyond our control.
